Game Development Associate Program

This 2-year rotational program is designed for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.

  • Navigate your Journey with C-suite and Senior Executives: Report to senior management for at least one rotation to receive direct mentorship.
  • Expand your Horizons on the Global Stage: Gain global perspectives and experiences through local and overseas rotations.
  • Create Impact across Business Units: Steer projects across e-commerce, digital financial services and gaming businesses.

Rotations:

  1. Game Design: Define the rules that our virtual worlds operate by
  2. Product Management: Drive the development or improvement of game features that matter to our players
  3. Artificial Intelligence: Redefine how games are made and played through technology
  4. Operations: Take a product and run it as a living, breathing service
  5. Marketing: Share our story with those who already know us, and those who soon will
  6. Esports: Engage our communities through grassroots and large-scale esports tournaments

Requirements:

  • A recognised Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials in any discipline.
  • 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of 31st October)
  • Excellent communication skills
