Job Description:

Sales support specialists play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial markets. In this position, you will assist the FX Institutional Sales team with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced professional environment. They will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assistance with booking and amending FX cash and FX options trade tickets
  • Support with settlement-related processes and issues
  • Work with onboarding teams for client onboarding
  • Closely partner with control functions to ensure governance and control infrastructure
  • Handle daily credit checks and manage alerts
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures defined for the role
  • Obtain and maintain necessary registrations/licenses within the required timeframe
  • Assess risk when making business decisions and safeguard Citi, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with laws, rules, and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A strong understanding of FX products, financial information, operations, and controls
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a professional Front Office environment
  • Experience working at senior levels
  • Ability to coordinate processes and work across multiple teams in a global firm
