Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization and make a meaningful impact in the community. As a Community Development Professional, you will play a vital role in driving positive change and advocating for social justice.

Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing risks and developing intervention plans to support vulnerable families. You will also provide trauma-informed counseling and advocacy services to community partners. Additionally, you will lead group programs to address systemic gaps and empower communities, as well as support operational policies and practice improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Social Work and/or Counseling, along with at least one year of experience in casework, risk assessment, and strengths-based practice. Strong networking skills and knowledge of relevant ethics and community resources are also essential. Tech-savvy individuals with proficiency in MS Office and a culturally sensitive approach are highly desirable.
