To succeed as a Transfer Pricing Manager, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, either in-house or in another accounting firm.
  • A degree in any discipline and/or a relevant Postgraduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, or Law.
  • Strong ambition and determination to succeed.

Additionally, you will identify and propose planning opportunities in line with OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines, coordinate with international teams across the global network to resolve complex client matters, and ensure consistency. You will oversee transfer pricing audit engagements and assist senior leadership on MAP and APA-related projects, act as the transfer pricing lead on cross-border value chain transformation initiatives, manage, mentor, and develop a high-caliber team with diverse backgrounds, ensuring delivery of top-tier client service and technical excellence.
