Role Summary:

Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical Background Required

This role requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong mechanical background to join our facade team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost management and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, particularly from China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for facade projects.
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and manage project budgets, variations, and claims.
  • Liaise with China-based suppliers and manufacturers to coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams, consultants, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of works.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong mechanical background.
  • Excellent cost management and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for liaison with China-based suppliers.
