Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled servicing and retrofitting of automatic door components, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled servicing and retrofitting of automatic door components, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct on-site inspections of automatic entrance systems, recommending appropriate parts for user approval.
  • Prepare and submit site reports to clients upon completion of work.
  • Carry out testing, commissioning, decommissioning, and risk assessments for all automatic entrance systems and related products.

Requirements:

  • Nitec or higher qualification in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in repairing.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure.
