Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for systematically identifying and profiling high-potential leads who are likely to become active CFD traders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify qualified prospects across social platforms
  • Initiate and nurture conversations with potential leads via DMs, comments, and thought-leadership engagement
  • Qualify leads based on trading experience, interest level, and deposit capacity
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, notes, and pipeline stages
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to hand off warm leads for onboarding
  • Stay informed on CFD/FX trends and competitors to identify new angles and hooks for outreach

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (experience in the CFD/FX/Fintech space is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English and in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written); IS A MUST.
  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and X as social selling tools (experience with Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Taplio, or similar is a bonus)
  • Understanding of the financial trading ecosystem, including retail traders, platforms, leverage, and common instruments (indices, forex, commodities, crypto)
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tool experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel tracking)

  • Background in financial sales, trading education, or affiliate marketing
