Senior Financial Services Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent for roles across the financial services domain.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the finance industry and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for positions across finance functions including accounting, audit, investment, risk, compliance, and more
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies
- Source high-caliber candidates through platforms such as Foundit, LinkedIn, Naukri, and industry-specific databases
- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit
- Manage interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring practices in the financial sector
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 years experience in recruiting, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to financial services recruitment
- Solid understanding of finance-related roles and the skills/qualifications associated with them
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
