Hotel Cleanliness Specialist

The primary objective of a Hotel Cleanliness Specialist is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel. This involves delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring public spaces are immaculate, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety and Security: Complete thorough safety training and certifications, strictly follow hotel policies and guidelines, report any work-related incidents, identify and rectify unsafe work procedures or conditions.
- Policies and Procedures: Maintain uniform and personal appearance in pristine condition, adhere to hotel policies, perform additional job duties as requested by management.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, anticipate and address service needs promptly, assist colleagues when required, actively listen and respond positively to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Communication: Engage with guests and colleagues using clear and professional language, discuss work topics discreetly, offer support to all colleagues.
- Physical Demands: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, reach overhead and below the knees, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Housekeeping Protocol: Contact engineering or housekeeping office directly for urgent repairs, respond promptly to guest requests, select appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Laundry and Runner: Identify and rectify uniforms that require alteration or repair, manage missing uniforms effectively, understand different charges for guest laundry, deliver laundry to guests' rooms efficiently.
