Airline Business Growth Position

We are seeking an accomplished Aerodynamics Commercial Manager to lead our product management initiatives and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and develop market offerings to expand business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with OEM partners and suppliers.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relations.
  • Run campaigns and events focused on suppliers and customers.
  • Drive sales growth and create business opportunities through CRM.
  • Follow up on customer-level budget gaps and proposals.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide product training to the sales team.
  • Support OEM PMs and Market PMs in other regions with market intelligence and reporting.
  • Participate in suppliers' meetings, QBRs, and product line meetings.
Requirements:
  • Commercial education or an engineering degree combined with commercial understanding, or 3-5 years of product, program, or supply chain management experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge about the product management discipline.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed profitability targets consistently.
  • High degree of aviation business understanding.
  • Good analytical skills to see the bigger picture and derive mid-to-long term recommendations.
