Experienced Infrastructure and Database Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead infrastructure, middleware, and database transformation projects for mission-critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Database, Middleware (WebLogic, Forms & Reports), integration tools, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery (requirement gathering, design, capacity planning, scheduling, execution, testing, and go-live).
- Manage infrastructure migration projects (OS upgrades, DB migrations, Middleware upgrades, Autosys job transitions, MQ/SSO migrations).
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure timely project execution.
- Oversee production L3 support for middleware & DB environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., OCC).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience in Database Administration, Middleware, and IT Project Delivery (banking/financial services preferred).
- Proven experience in managing infra migration projects (DB, Middleware, OS, Autosys, MQ, SSO).
- Strong knowledge of banking application environments and regulatory compliance (OCC, audit).
- Hands-on expertise in SQL performance tuning & shell scripting.
