Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an administrative clerk. This role involves providing exceptional support to ensure efficient office operations, handling customer inquiries with a smile, and maintaining accurate records of filing systems.

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility in working hours. You will work closely with our team to provide administrative and sales support, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the team.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial for success in this role.

The successful candidate will also have experience with invoicing, data entry, and accounting principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar software is a plus.
