  • Set up work stations for service preparation
  • Ensure seamless and smooth service delivery
  • Coordinate F&B service, take orders, and deliver food
  • Maintain quality standards for food
  • Deliver service, lead, and host customers
  • Upsell menu items, share current promotions, and new items
  • Manage and communicate with diverse work teams
  • Lead, coach, and support crew members
  • Ensure service and food standards are met
  • Handle daily operations and shift briefings
  • Ensure adherence to food hygiene and outlet cleanliness
