Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual identity of our brand, including logo design, branding materials, and overall aesthetic.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual strategies that align with our business goals.

Your expertise in graphic design and ability to lead a team of junior designers will be invaluable in creating stunning visuals that captivate our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines for our brand
  • Create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and website
  • Liaise with external suppliers for printing and production
  • Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality output
Requirements
  • Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum 2 years of managing a team of junior designers
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
