Operations Logistics Coordinator - Night Shift

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can effectively manage night-time logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and seamless coordination of import/export timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, assign, and track delivery jobs for drivers to ensure efficient logistics management
  • Supervise drivers and provide clear operational guidance to maintain optimal productivity levels
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues promptly, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Report incidents, damages, or delivery discrepancies in a timely manner to minimize disruptions
  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment usage, including maintenance scheduling, to maximize resource utilization
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in traffic control, logistics, or transport coordination, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working midnight shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with import/export coordination will be an advantage, but not essential
