Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics activities.

Your primary responsibilities include handling daily logistics operations, coordinating with shipments, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers for timely delivery, attending to customer inquiries, performing logistics administration and data entry, assisting in stocktake, and ensuring inventory matches system records.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Secondary/O-Level or equivalent qualification, basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry), and the ability to perform overtime when required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily logistics operations and ensure accurate tracking
  • Coordinate with shipments, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to guarantee timely delivery
  • Attend to customer inquiries and respond promptly to their needs
  • Perform logistics administration and data entry with attention to detail
  • Assist in stocktake and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Requirements:

  • Able to work overtime when required
