The role of a Sales and Merchandising Professional involves driving sales growth by executing visual merchandising, promoting Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products, managing territories, and supporting retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising StandardsImplement and uphold visual merchandising standards across medical halls, retail stores, roadshows, atriums, booth pop-ups, department store counters, and events to ensure optimal product visibility and brand presence. Ensure product display effectiveness and maintain brand image in pharmacies, retail stores, exhibitions, shopping mall atria, temporary displays, department store counters, and various activities.
  • Sales Lead GenerationGenerate sales leads and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth. Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Product Promotion StrategyPromote and sell assigned TCM products and supplements to medical halls and retail outlets. Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance product awareness and sales performance.
  • Territory Sales PlanningDevelop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Customer EngagementDeliver exceptional customer service by addressing product inquiries, offering tailored recommendations, and resolving issues promptly. Actively support customers on the retail floor, providing product knowledge and driving sales performance.
  • Team CollaborationLiaise effectively with sales promoters to resolve operational matters and ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Maintain effective communication with sales teams to address operational issues and ensure seamless sales activity execution.
  • Relationship BuildingFoster strong relationships with outlet teams to enhance brand awareness and encourage business growth. Develop and maintain strong connections with store teams to boost brand recognition and stimulate business expansion.
  • Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory in retail stores. Coordinate timely replenishment to maintain product availability and meet customer demand.
  • Performance ReportingProvide regular sales performance reports, stock level updates, and merchandising insights. Highlight display conditions, challenges, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions.
