Job Title: Youth Rehabilitation Specialist

As a professional in the field of youth rehabilitation, you will be working closely with young individuals in an institutional setting focused on community rehabilitation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management
    • Conduct needs assessments to develop suitable programmes and manage associated risks.
    • Plan, lead, and facilitate programmes to promote positive outcomes.
    • Implement assessment tools to evaluate group work outcomes and inform programme development.
  • Volunteer Engagement
    • Manage and engage volunteers to enhance hostel programmes.
  • Casework Support
    • Support case management by preparing for and attending appointments and meetings.
    • Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders, including parents and schools.
    • Apply restorative practices, such as facilitating restorative circles and promoting trauma-informed care.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Organize and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Meet administrative timelines and deadlines.
