Job Title:
A senior compliance officer is needed to oversee the FCC matters across Singapore.

About this Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced FCC Manager to lead and develop the FCC team in Singapore. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing AML/CFT/Sanctions and Anti-Bribery related processes.

Responsibilities:
* Implement and enhance the AML/CFT/Sanctions and Anti-Bribery related processes
* Monitor any high-risk transactions and perform risk assessments for the business
* Assess the impact of the Risk profile and mitigate any gaps within the business
* Monitor any changes in regulatory developments and ensure the AML policies are in line with laws and regulations
* Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts or red flags

Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in Compliance – ideally with FCC background
* Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/Sanctions and Anti-Bribery regulations and processes
