Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including administration, tenancy management, energy management, and operational matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Prepare communication materials, maintain accurate records, and receive and respond to all incoming correspondence.
  • Operational Matters: Review and recommend improvements to operational procedures, implement cost-saving measures, and monitor utilities consumption.
  • Tenancy Management: Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, build positive relationships with tenants, and ensure high retention levels.
  • Energy Management: Monitor utilities consumption, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
