ServiceNow Architect Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in ServiceNow and excellent technical skills to design solutions that improve outcomes.


Job Description:

This is an advisory role, responsible for helping customers establish a foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and apply innovative technical solutions to business processes.


The ServiceNow Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the technical health of the platform.


The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts and/or project managers to develop technical solutions and present them to client authorities for endorsement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Development experience in ServiceNow Platform features such as Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros, Jelly, Web Services, Glide Record, Glide AJAX, Workflows, JSON
  • Extensive knowledge of two or more Front End Technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
  • High level of expertise in multiple system environments
  • Ability to provide advisory to clients on ServiceNow Customer Journey with ServiceNow as their Enterprise Service Management Platform
