Care Support Associate
Job Description As a valued member of our care team, you will work closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing various aspects of inpatient care. You will perform fundamental nursing care activities for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. Additionally, you will assist in administrative functions to facilitate smooth operations within the ward.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives by providing essential care services. Your responsibilities will include recording vital signs, assisting with wound dressings, performing blood glucose testing and specimen collection, as well as supporting patients with general hygiene and other nursing procedures as required. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. Previous experience in healthcare or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential. You must be a team player, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
