The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in handling personal injury cases from initial client contact to case resolution. You will work closely with our legal team to manage case files, prepare documents, and provide critical support throughout the claims process.

  • Manage personal injury cases from initial client contact to case resolution.
  • Organize, maintain, and update case files and medical records.
  • Liaise with clients, insurance companies, medical institutions, and other relevant parties.
  • Schedule appointments, court dates, and maintain litigation calendars.
  • Support in trial preparation and hearing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to case management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Assist lawyers in managing personal injury cases, organize case files, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and medical institutions to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, medical records, and litigation calendars.
