**Job Title:** Job Coach

The primary function of the Job Coach is to empower individuals with autism to achieve their full potential in the workforce. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' employability strengths and gaps, developing personalized coaching plans, and implementing strategies to close these gaps.

  • Conduct site assessments of clients' employability strengths and gaps.
  • Develop and implement individualized coaching plans using autism-friendly strategies to close employability gaps in hard and soft skills for clients.

**Requirements:*

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social work, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, Health Services, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Able to travel to offsite work locations, i.e., employer work sites, with possibility of more than one location a day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help individuals with special needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
