Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Professional to join our team as a Kcare Programme Staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering engaging education programmes that foster children's holistic development.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and executing educational activities, preparing teaching materials, and conducting indoor and outdoor programmes. They will also be required to manage care routines for children aged 5-6 years old, provide a positive learning environment, and ensure the children's well-being, health, and safety.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will engage parents and partners in education, monitor and document children's learning and growth, and contribute to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching or Student Care Certificate or Student Care Early Years Certificate. A minimum of 1 year work experience in a preschool or KCare centre is preferred, although training will be provided for staff without relevant certification.
