Senior Chemical Tanker Fleet Vetting Manager

Talent-merge-pte-ltd seeks a highly skilled professional to lead their chemical tanker fleet vetting processes, overseeing vessel vetting processes for chemical tankers.
Key Responsibilities:- We are looking for a seasoned expert in vessel vetting, HSSEQ, or marine assurance within the shipping industry to prepare vessels and crews for vetting inspections, audits, and customer assessments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing vetting inspection findings and trends, providing training and guidance on vetting readiness and industry standards.
- Liaising with charterers, oil majors, and regulatory authorities is also essential, as well as maintaining updated vetting records and inspection databases.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a relevant maritime discipline is necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in vessel vetting, HSSEQ, or marine assurance within the shipping industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of OCIMF SIRE, TMSA, RightShip, CDI vetting systems, and international shipping regulations is essential.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and reporting ability with focus on operational safety and compliance is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for this role.
