Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client business models to identify opportunities for upselling solutions, maintain portfolio growth, and optimize payment account activities.
  • Develop effective plans to meet customer needs, enhancing cooperation and fostering stronger relationships.
  • Open and manage current accounts for corporate and retail clients.
  • Provide exceptional service, support, and follow-up for operational requests.
  • Collaborate with compliance/AML and operations teams to ensure smooth account openings and relationship management.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including documentation requirements.
  • Pursue and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or relevant field of study.
  • Experience in customer support, ideally in banking/payments or corporate services.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support.
  • Strong motivation to achieve targets.
  • Able to work independently with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and resourceful.
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and negotiations effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs.
  • Familiarity with English and Chinese languages is essential.
