Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Engage in regular communication with clients to anticipate future needs and identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical support to clients by participating in solution development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize product performance.
- Implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategies to increase revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least one year of experience in fibre optics or relevant products in the industry.
- Prior experience with Structured Cabling/ELV is an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
