- They will integrate net-zero strategies and measurable KPIs by collaborating closely with carbon-management and industry-analysis teams.
Key qualifications include 8+ years of industrial/large-scale spatial or industrial-planning experience, with exposure to energy-transition or industrial-regeneration projects. The successful candidate will have exceptional written and spoken English and a solid knowledge of industrial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the vision, master plan, and spatial design for industrial parks and mixed-use precincts undergoing transformation.
- Engage with senior clients, regulators, and global stakeholders to communicate project vision and secure alignment.
- Integrate net-zero strategies and measurable KPIs by collaborating closely with carbon-management and industry-analysis teams.
- Translate complex technical insights into high-impact reports and executive-level presentations.
- Own project delivery, schedule, risk, and budget, ensuring outcomes consistently exceed client expectations.
- Mentor junior planners and direct multidisciplinary teams.
- Undertake international travel for workshops and on-site working.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of industrial/large-scale spatial or industrial-planning experience, with exposure to energy-transition or industrial-regeneration projects.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Solid knowledge of industrial strategy, with expertise in the development trends of Heavy Industries, Advanced Technology sectors, and Light Industries.
- Deep understanding of global energy-transition trends, carbon accounting methods, and park-scale renewable integration.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and brief senior executives and government authorities.
- Proficiency in advanced spatial and visualisation platforms (ArcGIS/QGIS, digital-twin and AI analytics) is a strong plus.
- Strategic, innovative mindset with a passion for building sustainable industrial ecosystems.
