Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining custom machine vision and GUI applications, as well as designing machine vision algorithms for product quality inspection, process control, and manufacturing automation.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge in deep learning-based vision solutions and be able to make decisions in ordering, building, and maintaining PCs and PC-based GUI software. They will configure vision systems, analyze project requirements, design, develop, and test multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment, and understand and interface with third-party embedded controllers using their APIs.

In addition, the candidate should be able to optimize existing software to improve performance and fix bugs, provide technical support for the field, and have good understanding in TCP/IP, RS-232, camera interface, and any of motion controller interface protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years experience in vision and developing windows applications for industrial automation equipment using C#, WPF, and .NET Framework
  • Good understanding in TCP/IP, RS-232, Camera interface and any of motion controller interface protocols
