The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to provide support on customer vision-based solutions for automation and inspection systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to assess their needs, developing image processing algorithms, selecting appropriate hardware/software, and ensuring system integration. The role involves troubleshooting, system calibration, and testing to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in hardware selection and system configurations of machine vision systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime.
  • Develop machine vision applications. Manage application projects, ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct Vision Education Program training to customers.
  • Write application reports, user manuals, application notes, etc.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, R&D, and customer support teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and maintain industry knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
