Job Description:
• Attend to feedback from residents and address their concerns
• Arrange tests and surveys in resident units as required
• Prepare schedules for internal works and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors
• Liaise with residents regarding upcoming activities and provide them with necessary information
• Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks and other duties

Benefits:

• 14 days of annual medical leave (medical certificate must be provided)
• Job completion bonus

Working Hours:
The working hours will be either from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays off.
