About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our partner brands by performing tasks such as establishing a positive interaction with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Additionally, you will foster customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and paying close attention to details.

The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a diploma or GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. You must be effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent keyboard skills are also essential. You should possess good customer handling skills, a positive mindset, and be a team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations are also required. Finally, you should be comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
