D L Resources PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Production Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 production support for Credit Origination group applications.
- Manage day-to-day issues, including daily health checks of applications and processes, and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve reported production incidents.
- Act as the focal point for critical/high-impact incident resolution for application systems in production.
- Manage and support high-availability 24/7 production systems with on-call options during non-office hours.
- Ensure end-of-day batch processes are completed successfully for multiple applications across the country every day.
- Correlate events across multiple systems to narrow down potential root causes of problems.
- Own production operational issues by issuing initial responses, data gathering, tracking, and resolution where possible.
- Direct multiple resources on cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Investigate production issues and provide workarounds to users to move business forward.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle, Micro Services, UNIX, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience in IT Operations/Production Support L2/L3.
- Experience with ITIL processes and tools like Splunk and Control-M is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution.
- Exhibits problem-solving skills and shows flexibility in supporting evolution in process, standards, and strategy.
