Job Overview:

We are looking for a Signal Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to join our team at SBS Transit. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the signal maintenance team in executing maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cybersecurity compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the signal maintenance team in executing maintenance activities
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to enhance team competency
  • Review and validate training manuals, work instructions, and system protocols
  • Safeguard the cybersecurity posture of the signalling system by identifying vulnerabilities

Requirements:

  • Possess an accredited Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or Mechatronics
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations and maintenance of railway signalling systems or similar
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Communication-Based Signalling Systems, Automatic Train Control Systems and railway interlocking
