Maintenance and Engineering Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Engineering Specialist to oversee all maintenance, engineering, and site works on projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and engineering activities to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications, and alignment with project timelines.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify that maintenance and engineering works meet safety and quality standards.
  • Review and coordinate construction drawings across mechanical and electrical disciplines, ensuring seamless integration with structural and architectural elements.
  • Plan and manage maintenance schedules and work sequences.
  • Attend meetings and inspections related to maintenance and engineering.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering work experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of design and build projects and relevant codes of practice.
  • Strong building maintenance and engineering knowledge with hands-on experience.
