We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including the LTA System Wide Contractor and Department Heads. This includes co-ordinating construction activities, consolidating action items, and reporting back to Department Heads.
The role also involves preparing installation programs, managing the integration of E&M SWC designs into civil/structural/architectural designs, and applying for permits from local authorities.
In addition, the Electrical and Mechanical Coordinator will plan, prepare, and update schedules for submitting samples/shop drawings/method statements, raise CSD/SEM changes queries, and obtain approval for final drawings.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience as an E&M coordinator in large-scale projects, preferably MRT projects (LTA).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as E&M coordinator in large scale projects, MRT project (LTA)
- Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good time management skill and able to work under pressure
