We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in a Senior Sales role focused on HVAC solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their sales career to the next level and work with industry-leading products.
Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for a sales professional who can study product knowledge and company working procedures to continuously improve domain knowledge of products, companies, and industries.
- The ideal candidate will plan annual secured order strategies aligned with department goals, achieve business sales targets with year-over-year growth expectations in the region.
- This role involves preparing and issuing tenders and proposals to customers, leading negotiation and/or bidding activities at optimum profit levels for the company, and closing orders to achieve assigned goals and targets.
- You will be responsible for payment collection and provide monthly reporting on assigned verticals, secured revenue attainment, and non-financial reporting to the management team.
- A key aspect of this role is being proactive in liaising, developing relationships, and influencing customers to maintain long-term service relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
- The successful candidate will develop sales leads and identify customer requirements, monitor and collect competitors' activities in the market, and report periodically as directed by the company.
- This role also involves independently developing and following up on HVAC projects to provide solutions for customers, promoting HVAC products and systems in design institutes, industry associations, and integrators in the industry.
- Conducting cold calls and new business development will be essential in driving growth and expanding our customer base.
- You will explore and execute end-to-end HVAC projects, providing product/industry solutions to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales/marketing position in direct selling industrial machinery.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and positive hunter personality.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and selling skills.
- Good spoken and written English language skills.
- Possess knowledge of Daikin, Carrier, and Smart products.
