We are seeking a skilled System Monitoring Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by monitoring and responding to system alerts and abnormal behaviors.
You will work closely with other teams to isolate incidents, identify faults, and apply problem resolution scripts or escalate when necessary. This includes performing system health checks after changes to ensure stability and prevent issues.
To succeed in this position, you must have good experience in IT helpdesk or support engineering. Strong knowledge of incident management processes and ITIL practices is also essential. Familiarity with system monitoring tools and troubleshooting procedures is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills. They should be able to consolidate records for reporting, monitoring, analytics, and audit purposes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to system alerts and abnormal behaviors.
