Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various landscape projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attend site visits and tender show rounds to ensure all necessary details are captured.
  • Design and propose simple yet sustainable landscape designs for specified sites, taking into account client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate work orders with ground crew to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Deal with client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure ongoing site upkeep.
  • Monitor and record site staff attendance, maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with relevant teams to deliver results.
  • Be responsible for administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress.
  • Report directly to the Landscape Manager, providing regular updates on project status.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or diploma in horticulture, arboriculture, or related field, with minimum 1 year experience in landscaping industries.
  • Have excellent language skills, with English being the primary language required. Proficiency in Chinese is desirable but not essential.
  • Be dynamic and energetic, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Have good teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and multitask.
  • Demonstrate commitment to work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD an advantage.
  • Prefer candidates with knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture, although on-the-job training will be provided.
