Event Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a secondment with a leading technology client.

This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of events across ASEAN.

Main Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Budgeting
    • Prepare detailed event plans, briefs, and timelines.
    • Manage budgets and track event-related expenses.
    • Identify, evaluate, and recommend vendors and venues across ASEAN.
    • Negotiate contracts and finalise event logistics.
  • Creative Requests & Coordination
    • Submit and manage creative requests for event materials, including invitations, social assets, event backdrops, and pull-up banners.
    • Coordinate deliverables with in-house creative teams and external agencies.
  • Conference & Booth Management
    • Coordinate client participation in third-party conferences, including booth design/build and logistics.
    • Manage procurement and ordering of swags and event merchandise.
    • Ensure smooth delivery and distribution for events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event marketing and management, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with the vendor and venue ecosystem in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across creative, vendor, and client teams.
  • Ability to work independently, remain detail-oriented under pressure, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Based in Singapore or Malaysia, with flexibility to travel within ASEAN when required.
