Food and Beverage Management Opportunity

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will report to the Outlet Manager/Operations Manager.

  • Ensure seamless daily operations of the outlet by taking on managerial duties when necessary.
  • Collaborate with managers to provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Verify menu item availability for the day.
  • Perform daily cashiering tasks with accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Encourage feedback from customers and staff to enhance operations.
  • Familiarize yourself with the duties and responsibilities of all staff members and ensure they are carried out effectively.
  • Supervise outlet operations and serve customers when required.
  • Motivate staff to engage in suggestive selling techniques.
  • Assist with cash flow and petty cash payments.
  • Handle customer feedback and respond accordingly.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a senior server/supervisor in a café or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff.
  • A desire to continuously improve and receive feedback.
  • Strong leadership skills and maturity.
  • Flexibility to work non-conventional hours and across multiple outlets as required.
