Job Description:

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a critical role in driving profitability and growth through financial insights. As a Senior/Client Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Client Service Lead (CSL) and Line of Business (LOB) Lead to develop data-driven strategies that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing in-depth knowledge of financial management to improve planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. You will also support the Gov+ Strategic Business Group (SBG) as a financial analyst, managing SBG overheads and preparing management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage overall revenue and profitability of key accounts by providing financial data to stakeholders
  2. Partner with business leaders to review project financials, ensure projections are optimized, and aligned with assumptions
  3. Provide advisory and interpretation of accounting standards, policy, and procedures to relevant stakeholders
  4. Support stakeholders in ensuring timely and accurate updates of pipelines, billings, revenue forecast, etc.
  5. Perform financial analyst role in managing SBG overheads and providing support to Gov+ Finance lead in preparation of management reporting materials and analysis
  6. Review, streamline, standardize, and recommend new or improvements to processes or systems to enhance financial management, operational efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and controls
  7. Follow up and drive improvement in unbilled revenue status to ensure minimal capital charge impact to key accounts
  8. Provide operational support for finance processes including driving sales closure and registration
  9. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Any other tasks assigned
