Job Description

The role is centered around leading the planning and implementation of strategies to enhance Singapore's competitiveness as an international air hub through research and innovation. We oversee various innovation programmes and initiatives for emerging areas in aviation.

  • Developing innovation strategies to strengthen competitiveness of Singapore's aviation sector.
  • Translating innovation strategies into implementable programmes, projects and initiatives.
  • Overseeing capabilities development for local industry and research institutes to support aviation sector's needs.
Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Develop technology/innovation strategies that contribute to CAAS' strategic priorities and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of projects and initiatives to support such strategies.
  • Build stakeholders' confidence and buy-in for projects and initiatives under your charge.
  • Manage the projects and initiatives under your charge to ensure that they deliver the impact and outcomes committed to stakeholders.
