Job Summary

The Transformation Leader is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for establishing and driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

This position requires a seasoned leader with a strong track record of success in consultancy, project management, or workplace/workforce transformation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and manage high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
    • Service Excellence: Track and augment the provision of advisory and consultancy services covering workplace and workforce transformation, employment law, HR best practices.
    • Innovation & Digitalisation: Champion the design and implementation of digital platforms to improve efficiency, accessibility, and employer self-help.
    • Research & Knowledge Development: Collaborate with external experts to generate insights, case studies, and HR playbooks to reinforce thought leadership.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain partnerships with government agencies, unions, industry stakeholders, and external consultants.
    • External Representation and Outreach: Represent the organization in forums and industry dialogues, advocating employer perspectives on workplace and workforce transformation and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications in Business, Law, Human Resource, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

At least 10 years of leadership experience in consultancy, project management, or workplace/workforce transformation.

Basic working knowledge of Singapore's employment laws.

Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.

Proven ability to collaborate and manage high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
