Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent or third-party reviews to ensure SLA compliance and manage related documentation.
  • Maintain and update diagrams for DC/cage layout, network and power cabling, and asset inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Forecast, plan, and manage monthly expenses to optimize resource allocation.
  • Handle incident documentation, contract changes, and renewals to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee asset tagging, routine inspections, tools management, and equipment registration control to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Identify, draft, and implement procedures to improve processes and associated training to ensure employee competence.
  • Manage tape inventory, cabling, patch panels, and power/network cabling to ensure optimal data center performance.
  • Perform routine site inspections and monthly performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
  • Define support structures, roles, and responsibilities, and manage manpower to ensure effective team management.
  • Control access cards, rack keys, and logs, and review CCTV recordings to maintain data center security.
  • Conduct yearly inventory reviews, manage rack keys, and space planning to ensure optimal data center utilization.
  • Oversee access card control and security log reviews to maintain data center security.
  • Manage annual internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor procedures to ensure policy compliance and review vendor contracts as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of data center operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in banking or financial industry is a plus.
