Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive is a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR landscape. This position oversees HR operations, manages policies, and provides guidance to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, and offboarding.
  • Manage HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support performance reviews and training programs.
  • Offer HR support and advice to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors and government agencies as needed.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
