About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Lead to drive strategic growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile architectural and interior projects with corporate and private clients, driving design and technical excellence that meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team across projects to deliver outstanding results, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project processes, maintaining involvement throughout to guarantee success.
  • Liaise with Senior Associate/Director to ensure innovative and thought-provoking projects are delivered consistently, meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships with clients, acting as primary contact for interaction and maximising opportunities for repeat business.
  • Role model and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and best practices sharing.
  • Lead, guide, and provide training to junior talent, contributing to their creative, technical, and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, requiring in-depth knowledge of architectural principles and design.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Vietnamese beneficial.
  • Enthusiasm for architecture and design, commitment, reliability, and team spirit.
  • Proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline, including Revit.
  • A talented designer with a portfolio showcasing great creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale projects through all work stages within APAC regions.
  • Strong organisational and supervisory skills, proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver excellent results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines, and working proactively as part of a committed team.
  • Able to lead, develop, and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
  • Ability to relate and work well with people at all levels within the team and externally with clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $12,000 - $18,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
