About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in managing architectural works projects from start to finish. As a Lead Architectural Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate architectural works, monitor progress, and identify potential issues early on. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships will enable you to lead subcontractors and ensure smooth project progression.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. If you have experience working with CONQUAS or have led teams in similar roles, this could be an ideal position for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage architectural works projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of architectural works.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Lead subcontractors to achieve high-quality standards and minimize defects.
  • Review contract specifications, drawings, and technical clarifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Architectural and related discipline.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with CONQUAS experience.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
