Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations, including sales and marketing, finance, and human resources.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
